All products sold on OneTicketAi are digital downloads. Due to the instant nature of digital delivery, please read this policy carefully before purchasing.

No Refunds After Download Access

Once your download link has been accessed or your files have been opened, the product is considered delivered. We are unable to issue refunds at that point.

When We Will Refund You

We will issue a full refund if:

- You never received your download link and our team could not resolve it within 48 hours

- Your files were completely inaccessible and we could not fix the issue

- You were charged twice for the same order

- You contact us within 24 hours of purchase and have not yet accessed any files

When We Will Not Refund You

- You have already accessed or downloaded your files

- You changed your mind after purchase

- You purchased the wrong tier

- The product matched its description but did not meet your personal expectations

Chargebacks

Please contact us before opening a dispute with your bank. We always prefer to resolve issues directly and will provide full delivery documentation to dispute any fraudulent chargebacks.

One Ticket Ai reserves the right to update this policy at any time. The version in effect at the time of your purchase applies to your order.
